It’s a ‘get-to’ and not a ‘got-to’

During my quiet time this morning, this really hit me – so wanted to do an impromptu share with you in case you need to hear it as well.

Serve your employees today as a ‘get-to’ and not a ‘got-to’.

Serve your spouse and kids this weekend as a ‘get-to’ and not a ‘got-to’.

You are blessed. Be a giver over these next few days.

Those around you may not deserve it nor may they show appreciation for it, but it is not about you. As leaders, we need to pick up those around us.
