The Prioritized Leader Academy

We launched cohort #1 of the Prioritized Leader Academy in January 2021 with 8 business leaders. Now, it's time for #2!

The program was a success, so we are launching cohort #2 in October 20th 2022 to help other leaders in Cincinnati!

  • Isn’t all this type of content on the internet for free?
    Yes. The internet is filled with knowledge. Yet, how many books do you own that you have not read? How many podcasts have you listened to and implemented all those good ideas? The problem is not a lack of information, but a lack of implementation. This program is a guide using information that works, plus a system to help you implement, and then group calls to help hold you accountable.
  • Will this work for me?
    If you are hungry and humble, yes. Hungry to learn by watching the videos and doing the exercises. From there, implementing in your life your findings and revelations. Humble to learn from my mistakes and consider a new way of doing things since you feel like your way is not working. After 12 weeks, you can go back to your ways, but I am confident you won't.
  • Will this help my marriage?
    More than likely. In order to improve the marriage, we have to start with you. Helping you to listen to them better, go on dates and spend time together, be quick to forgive, and the list goes on! Now, after 12 weeks, if you personally have made significant changes and your spouse notices you have improved, yet the marriage is still stuck, well then we can talk about next steps - i.e. counseling. However, in my experience, most marriages are improved when one member is showing up consistently everyday to love, serve, and pursue the other.
  • Is this program for men only?
    Yes, this particular group is designed for men only. Although the majority of my clients have been men, I have coached both male and female leaders. Check out my coaching page to learn more!
  • Why is this course better than others?
    It works. Now are there better courses out there? Probably. However, this one works. Plus, you are here and ready. You could spend weeks, maybe months, or even years, looking for the perfect program, meanwhile your life is still stuck. So do this course. It has helped hundreds like you before and eventually it will help thousands. Don't let looking for the perfect program to get in the way of your progress. Your family and your team need you.
  • Will we have 1:1 access to Cory outside our calls?
    Most likely not. This program is designed to be a lower investment, thus lower touch program. If you are interested in more 1:1 coaching, then we can discuss that coaching program.
  • What if I miss a day or two in the program?
    That is OK! Yes, the days build on each other, but they are also stand alone ideas and tasks. If you want to go back and review content, you can! However, you will still make progress if you commit to the majority of the days.
  • Will this program work for me if I am single or do not have kids?
    Yes! This program is about becoming a better version of yourself. What is your vision? What are your priorities? In order to be a better spouse and parent, we have to be better ourselves. So this program is about improving ourselves.

The Five Priorities needed to truly succeed in Life & Business:

  • PURPOSE – It’s about knowing and living the “why” of your organization, being able to articulate a clear and compelling future. The currency is vision and values.

  • PEOPLE – The level of health and productivity we have with our colleagues and connections. The currency is encouragement and accountability.

  • PACE – Discerning how fast (or slow) the organization needs to move to sustain long-term success, capitalize on opportunities, and preserve capital. The currency is time and energy.

  • PERCEPTION – Choosing a growth mindset, staying open to creative solutions and new ideas. The currency is insight and innovation.

  • PROFIT – The effective management, investment, and release of an organization’s resources. The currency is dollars and cents.

COACHING

  • Personal Coach: During this 12-month period, not only will you have coaching calls, but also have access to me for discussions on how to apply the content and concepts to your life.
