Why do you care what they think?

I have been slow to do things in life because
I was concerned what others would think.

They will think I am an amateur.
They will think I am a fraud.
They will think I don’t have the right equipment.

This has happened numerous times in my life.

One area was the virtual speaking world.

However, after doing virtual talks throughout 2020 – it doesn’t matter what my setup looks like as long as I deliver.

It is about my preparation and not my equipment.

It is about my heart to serve and not fancy lights.

Today I am doing a virtual keynote for the leadership team of a 5,000 person company.

Here is my setup 🤫

Computer stacked on books, stacked on plastic tubs.
Microphone stacked on a plastic tub.

💡💡Don’t let fear of what others think stop you from making an impact!

Go out on a limb and step into new territory.
You got this.

BTW – Today’s topic is how to win at work and home.

If companies want to win in 2021 – it is critical for them to help their employees win both at work and home.
